College Student

Weekly 55-minute sessions tailored to your goals, complete with personalized notes to track your progress. We focus on essential areas such as academic support for college, effective time management, managing course loads, developing life skills, and independent living strategies. Additionally, we assist in identifying necessary accommodations and offer text check-ins for ongoing support. You will receive a recurring time slot that fits your schedule and that updates with each new term. A minimum commitment of one school term ensures that you receive the consistent support needed to build skills and confidence successfully.​​​​​​
Teen Intensive Support Semester
925 USD / Month
Teen ADHD coaching offers a supportive and structured environment to help high school students navigate the challenges of academics and personal growth. This service includes weekly 55-minute sessions focused on academic support, along with additional assistance via phone or text, and personalized tools tailored for your teen. We prioritize academic success, ADHD management, and independence.

To ensure comprehensive support, we also provide a monthly meeting with parents to keep them informed about their teen’s progress. Parents can also receive guidance on IEP development, answers to questions about starting medication, and support in understanding how to best parent a student with ADHD. A minimum commitment of one semester allows teens to receive the consistent support needed to build lasting skills they can apply in the future. Ages 15+.​​​​​
Parent Coaching
185 USD / Session
Learn how to better navigate the unique challenges of raising a child with ADHD. This may look like identifying effective parenting strategies, gaining a deeper understanding of ADHD, and identifying realistic expectations for your child’s development. We also focus on essential areas such as navigating school accommodations, behavior management, effective communication, and fostering a positive parent-child relationship.
Choose a recurring biweekly time slot that fits your schedule or purchase a package to use over four months. A minimum commitment of six sessions ensures that you receive the consistent support needed to foster your child’s growth and success.
