Jessica Hespelt, MEd, ACC
Seattle-based Certified ADHD & Life Coach
I have over 20 years of experience serving students, families, and individuals from all walks of life. As a certified professional ADHD coach, a master educator, and mother of a neurodiverse child, I offer a unique experience and perspective that enables my clients to effectively explore multiple facets of personal growth. I firmly believe that every client has the ability to enact positive change in their lives and I will wholeheartedly support you in that journey.
I am passionate about celebrating neurodiversity and investing in the ADHD community. I help run the Seattle CHADD chapter and am a member of the DEI committee for ACO International. I am an advocate, an ally, an educator, and someone who has lived my whole life impacted by ADHD. I love that I get to leverage my passion and experience to support my clients!
Whether you are an individual looking to understand and manage your ADHD, an educator that is struggling to reach and connect with some of your most difficult students, or a student overwhelmed at college, I am here to help.
Send me an inquiry and I am happy to meet with you for a free consultation to see what we can accomplish together!
