Jessica Hespelt, MEd, ACC, is a certified ADHD coach, consultant, and educator with over two decades of experience guiding individuals, families, and professionals toward empowered, neurodiversity-affirming lives.
She is the founder of BrainBrakes and the Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator for the award winning ADHD support group, Seattle CHADD. Jessica partners with community organizations like Washington State DSHS to increase access to coaching in local communities and is a founding member of the professional ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO) D&I committee.
