About the event

Rise & Recharge: A Women's Renewal Retreat

Indulge in three days of transformation and relaxation, where your unique strengths are celebrated and your challenges are met with understanding. This retreat is more than just a break; it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in self-care while you reset, recharge, and reclaim your focus.

Nestled inside a peaceful state park and surrounded by more than 70 hiking trails, The Lodge at St. Edward State Park offers the perfect setting for this kind of reset. Once a monastery, the historic building has been thoughtfully reimagined with warm, elegant rooms, award winning dining, and quiet spaces that invite reflection. The on site Nova Spa offers a full range of restorative services, local art lines the hallways, and the grounds invite you to wander, breathe, and simply be. Dogs are welcome too.

What We Will Be Doing Together

Set in the serenity of nature, this retreat offers a holistic experience, combining mindfulness coaching, yoga sessions, spa treatments, and custom-tailored nutrition workshops. Over the course of the three days, you’ll gain transformative insights, practical tools for managing ADHD, and rejuvenating moments that nourish both body and mind.

Immerse yourself in yoga classes that calm your mind and energize your spirit, and enjoy meals that are not only delicious but crafted to support your wellness journey. This retreat is designed for women like you— professionals, creatives, and leaders living with ADHD— who need a space to reset, recharge, and reconnect. Surround yourself with like-minded women who understand your journey, and leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and ready to embrace life with renewed focus and clarity.

Between sessions, there is space to truly rest. Meals are provided by a Michelin Key awarded restaurant, and time is intentionally built in for guided walks, spa appointments, quiet reflection, or simply doing nothing at all. You do not need to earn your rest here.

Your Facilitation Team

You will be guided by a team of professional facilitators who specialize in supporting women to live more connected, balanced lives:

  • Shelly Najjar, MPH, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who helps women step out of diet culture noise and back into trust with their own bodies.

  • Frances Coppa, RYT, MEd, is an ADHD coach, parent educator, and Rasa Yoga trained instructor who helps women step out of survival mode and back into connection with their intuitive self and wellbeing.

  • Jessica Hespelt, ACC, MEd, is a professional executive function coach, educator, and peer support facilitator who helps women learn to take intentional care of themselves without guilt or pressure.
