For women with ADHD, real support goes beyond planners and productivity hacks. It needs to reach into the corners of your life that productivity culture tends to ignore. Our retreat, Rise & Recharge, is designed for this kind of support, alongside three days of rest and relaxation.

About the event

Rise & Recharge: A Women's ADHD Wellness Retreat

In my work as an ADHD coach, I see it all the time. Women who are coordinating appointments, advocating at school, managing the household schedule, and showing up for everyone around them, all while quietly navigating their own executive functioning. Whether you have ADHD yourself or you're the one holding things together for someone who does, the load is real. And it adds up. So many of us reach a point where we're running on empty and wondering why the usual advice never quite fits.

Rise & Recharge was built for exactly that moment.

This is a full weekend designed around you. Not your to-do list. Not your family's needs. You. Over the course of three days, you'll have the chance to learn about ADHD, executive function, and wellbeing in ways that feel like they were written with you in mind; connect with other women who genuinely understand what this experience is like; take part in movement, reflection, and meaningful conversation; and rest, truly rest, in a setting that makes it easy to set the world aside for a moment.

Nestled inside a peaceful state park and surrounded by more than 70 hiking trails, The Lodge at St. Edward State Park offers the perfect setting for this kind of reset. It is the kind of place that does some of the work for you just by being beautiful and quiet. Formerly a monastery, the historic building has been thoughtfully reimagined with warm, elegant rooms, award winning dining, and quiet spaces that invite reflection. The on site Nova Spa offers a full range of restorative services, local art lines the hallways, and the grounds invite you to wander, breathe, and simply be. Dogs are welcome too.

What We Will Be Doing Together

You arrive Friday morning to valet parking and an hour with no agenda. Settle in, wander the forest trails, or ease into the weekend with a gentle yoga session. From there, the day unfolds at a gentle pace. A welcome lunch at Cedar & Elm, some guided intention setting, a small group coaching session in the evening, and then the night is yours. Stay up talking, take a walk under the trees, or simply go to bed early. There is no wrong answer here.

Saturday is the heart of the retreat. You can start the day with sunrise yoga or a guided walk through the park before coming together for breakfast. The morning brings a deep dive on ADHD and executive functioning, followed by small group time to reflect and apply what resonates. After a plated lunch, the afternoon opens up completely. Slip away to the Nova Spa, head out on the trails, or find a quiet corner and do absolutely nothing. The retreat room remains open throughout the afternoon, the bar is stocked, the yoga studio reserved, and the only thing on the schedule is whatever restores you. The evening brings everyone back together for dinner and another small group session before you wind down however you prefer to.

Sunday is Sleep In Sunday by design. Linger over coffee, explore the grounds, or catch one last sunrise before a delicious breakfast together. The morning wraps up with a final coaching session and the option to join focused deep dives based on what the group found most meaningful over the weekend. After a final plated lunch at Cedar & Elm, the afternoon turns toward what comes next: creating a realistic plan to carry forward and closing the weekend together with intention.

Two weeks later, everyone reunites online for a live follow-up session to reconnect and make sure the momentum doesn't fade the moment real life kicks back in. That session is included.

Good food, the beauty of nature, genuine rest, and people who understand what it's like to be a woman with ADHD. That's the weekend.
