A supportive, coach-facilitated group for adults looking to build executive functioning skills in real life.
Join a small group (6–8 participants) for weekly 75-minute online coaching sessions focused on practical strategies, shared experiences, and sustainable change. Each session includes a core theme, peer-to-peer support, and professional facilitation to help you stay grounded, motivated, and connected.
Includes:
Weekly 75-minute Zoom sessions, facilitated by a certified ADHD coach
Group coaching on key executive functioning topics (e.g., time management, motivation, task initiation)
ADHD-informed strategies you can use between sessions
Peer support from others who get it—in a safe, neurodivergent-affirming space
Optional reflection prompts and tools between sessions
Access to replays (when applicable) and follow-up resources
Best for:
Adults who want coaching in a lower-cost, community-focused format
Individuals seeking accountability, structure, and support
