A supportive space for women navigating ADHD and executive functioning challenges—together.
This weekly 90-minute online group offers facilitated conversation, shared experiences, and real tools for everyday life. With a mix of coaching, discussion, and peer validation, you'll build community, reduce overwhelm, and feel more grounded in your strengths.
Includes:
Weekly 90-minute Zoom sessions facilitated by a certified ADHD coach
Rotating topics focused on executive functioning, self-compassion, relationships, identity, and more
Peer support in a small, neurodivergent-affirming space
Gentle accountability and shared strategy-building
Optional journal prompts and tools between sessions
Ongoing access to other BrainBrakes offerings without a separate consultation
